This is a really a great resource, the best cookbook that Hungry Girl has come out with so far, the author has a 4-week meal plan along with tips for every day of the week. USEFUL tips. REALISTIC tips. I used this meal plan for 8 weeks, did some exercise and the weight was unbeleivably coming off.

There is also a great dietary resource section with lists of different foods that are the best to eat (most filling, best fruit, best protein, etc.) and a great one for cravings.

This book is even better than the rest, the photos are absolutely GORGEOUS - and there's a picture of every recipe which is different from her other books. The fact that the recipes are all natural is an added bonus!

All recipes are easy, this is my favorite cookbook of hers because of the clean eating approach, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
